SEM vs TEM a level bio

Heyy! So this is probably a VERY stupid question but how do you figure out the difference between a SEM and a TEM from a pic of a cell? The mark scheme says things like ‘depth’ but I just don’t get it, like what exactly do they mean by depth???

Look at the magnification as well because I think an SEM has a magnification up to x500,000 and a TEM has a higher magnification, I think over x2,000,000.
