What exactly are the conditions for quieter accommodation?

Ranmoor is generally thought of as the quieter area of accommodation, although how quiet it is will depend on who you live with and how noisy the people are in the flats nearby. But generally, if people want something quieter they will choose Ranmoor or City accommodation.
