Porridge with different toppings (e.g. banana and PB - tasty and filling) Oats or granola with kefir - I used to make them with pistachios, rose jam and raspberries and it was amazing Anything with eggs - e.g bagels with scrambled eggs, omelettes with lots of veggies Toast with different toppings Any old cereal
Those are all things I used to have when I bothered with breakfast
