You've got the animalism flag. That's a striking image. Pigs as well are the most notable animals in the book.
I'd have some type of design involving pigs on a farm, maybe in a keep/pen (is that the correct term?), perhaps their shadows, all dark and atmospheric. I'd keep it subdued, maybe black and red tonally, which fits the themes (and, of course, red for communism). And I definitely would feature the iconic line on the cover: "ALL ANIMALS ARE EQUAL BUT SOME ARE MORE EQUAL THAN OTHERS."
