Straight into employment after? Just do an apprenticeship after GCSEs

You are seen as more educated, you have more options open to you in the future (uni, higher/degree apprenticeships)as well and some employment do require a levels/level 3 to be completed
Apprenticeships might be hard to come by depending on the sector too
It also depends on what you want to go into after GCSEs
