so bassically i made a mistake in my degree on my application and its been way past 7 days and i accepted it thinking i applied for biomedical science instead its biomedical engineering is there anything i can do to change this
Yes. You can call each if the universities to which you applied and ask to switch course (assuming they offer the course you want to switch to). You can make this request regardless not whether or not you've yet received an offer. (This wouldn't be appropriate, however, if you've been rejected for Biomedical Science.)
