Re-application help

I am currently in my 2nd year of uni and not enjoying my course. I am in the process of completing a UCAS application for a different course at different unis in the case that i drop out. Do i need to add my current university on the education section of my UCAS application even though i will gain no qualifications from the uni?

Yes, you do.
Yes, UCAS is very clear about this, (‘Add your education history’):

Enter the date that you would withdraw from your current uni, if your application was sucessful and you were going somewhere else. It just needs to be approximate.
