How can I move my things to uni accommodation?
I'm going to cut off my family so they can't help me pack, I have no vehicle, but I'll have a lot of things to carry on the train. Would it be a good idea to take my things and go back to get more. Do I run the risk of theft?
I would recommend moving your belongings out of your family home to a safe friend’s house over the next few months (or if you can afford it rent a storage unit).
Depending on the distance you could rent a car/taxi to take you and your stuff. Or make a few train trips. Or ask a friend to help you.
