It's relatively safe to assume they will respond basically as late as they are allowed to. If your applied before 25th Jan, I believe this will be 18th May. If after, it's mid-July. Taking a long time to respond isn't really a bad or a good thing, most administrators will make the decision for everyone before they contact anyone.
