can i still be accepted?

im in yr11 and applied for sixth form, but i got told in interview that im not working at the grades that is needed for sixth form
but one of the days in school i got told by a staff member to make a plan b after yr11, by submitting an application for college, there was phone interview but we didnt recieve the phone call
i then got an email saying that it is withdrawn because there were no pick up on the day
but i was wondering if i applied on results day, will i still be able to get a place or is it too late?

A lot of my old high school friends applied for places on results day and got in......maybe it depends from place to place, but it's always worth a try....
