Final grade
I’m in my third year of my course, waiting to graduate with an ordinary degree. However, there’s an add-on year associated with the course that I can advance into - it’s been explicitly stated that you must get 60% over all modules or higher to get in. I’ve done shockingly last semester, and I’m now extremely worried I haven’t done as well as I wanted at all in my second semester exams to make up for it. I’m expecting 58%, or even 57. Thankfully, it has also been stated that viva voce exams will be held, which was said to help recalculate a student’s grade at 60%. It was said that it was common practice that students calculating at 58/59% would be called in for this viva exam to help recalculate their final grade at 60. I’m really just sat wondering what the odds are of me even getting in. Definitely shameful about how this year went lol.
