transferring ownership of second year flat agreement

I messed up and cancelled a flat agreement for a second year studio flat I no longer need.

Anyone have any idea of how I could “advertise” this property so I can find somebody new to take over

Conversely if anyone’s looking for a studio please message me.

I'd recommend posting on the University of Surrey Freshers Pages (2022 and/or 2023) on Facebook. Students often post about finding roommates, accommodation or anything else related to university life/ advice. This is probably your best option to reach a lot of students.
