Family won't let me go to uni, i'm illegal

I am an undocumented citizen living in an East African country, we just migrated here from another EA country, illegally. Regardless of our immigrant status, poverty, cultural limitations, and a toxic famiy, I have always tried my best in school, always studying, always going that extra mile to get the highest grades possible, and I did. I did extremely well in my high school exams, got lots of awards and made an impact in my school. Unfortunately, during the college admission process, my father highly discouraged me from applying bcs he would never let me step out of the house, i'd never amount to anything, i'll just waste my time and such. He moved us to the country i'm currently in with promises of taking me to uni but it's been a year and he has made no effort at all. everytime i ask, he just tells me to stop dreaming, he has no money to waste. I need to get to uni, i need to accomplish my dreams, i need to move away from all this toxic abuse. what can i do?
