I am a guy who suffers from gynecomastia (nipples are slightly puffy) and am massively self-conscious about this. Luckily I go to the gym a lot so I have a pretty decent body. Realistically, do girls notice/ get put off by guys with puffy nipples?

not really if a girl likes you she will like you from your personality and how you react.
