Lae tottenham

Does anyone know the likelihood of me getting accepted into LAE Tottenham if I were to submit my GCSE grades, since I was rejected by them due to my low predicted grades as a result of an illness that I am still recovering from, more specifically affecting my vision.
OPTIONS CHOSEN: Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths
Also I was wondering would it be a smart move if I were to replace Further Maths on results day and instead choose a less popular subject such as Arabic and then ask to change subjects a week or two later as I know a student who went here and did just that.
