It will probably depend why it is closed and who closed it.... was it already closed when you drove onto it to park?
If it's for road works I'd just ask a worker how to get it out again, they won't have much interest in taking it any further.

The worker was quite rude and just took a pic of my car and said that hes going to report it so just wondering what the consequences are
