My friend lied about having a serious illness

Sometimes it can be hard for people to share things about their health with friends especially if its quite serious. Hes probably going through a lot rn. I think you should listen to what he has to say and go from there, you might be able to fix your friendship (if you want).

Oh that is bad. I think I misunderstood your original post (I thought you meant he was trying to keep his so called illness a secret). I would avoid him and carry on blocking him. Sorry he did that to you its a really bad thing to do to someone.
