How can I avoid feeling jealous seeing couples reels and stories on Instagram?

What can I do to avoid seeing such things?

I was randomly scrolling my Instagram now and just saw one of my follower with their lover and saw their reel in which they are hugging and kissing and also saw their Instagram stories in which they are kissing and they looked about 20-22 year olds. I am a 22 year old guy who never had a girlfriend and yet to get my first kiss. But whenever I open Instagram I see something like this and it makes me feel terrible and jealous. People say it's never too old to fall in love but what about the young love which I am missing out? It will hurt me forever that I missed out on teenage love and probably might miss out on early 20s love too. I will be graduating college very soon and it's bothering me. I keep seeing girls and guys hanging out with each other and posting it on Instagram and it makes me feel *****y. What can I do to avoid seeing such things?
