Medicine GCSE grades

I genuinely don't have the best grades for med in GCSEs I also didn't do a levels and did an access course to medicine. I'm a mature student who's married with kids and don't have the flexibility to go to a university out of London as of right now. Do I have a chance of getting accepted into London universities?

My grades are:
9 - English Lang
A* - RS
A - History
6 - Maths
6 - English Lit
B - Science
B - Science
C - Arabic
C - ICT
C - Citizenship

I just need some uplifting right now. I also had undiagnosed ADHD in my secondary years and have just been diagnosed not long ago hence the grades aren't the best.
