Depends for which medical school
for example, exeter https://www.exeter.ac.uk/study/undergraduate/courses/medicine/medicine/ is the most lenient with gcse’s stating
’GCSE C or 4 English Language’ as the only gcse requirement whereas sheffield https://www.sheffield.ac.uk/undergraduate/courses/2024/medicine-mbchb state
’5 GCSEs at grade 7/A, with at least grade 6/B in Maths, English Language and the science subjects (Dual Award Science also acceptable)’
