Should I make the first move if he hasn't?

I've got bit of a crush on a guy but we've never really had a full on conversation. He's said something to me once but I didn't hear what he said and kind of just ignored him (probably shouldn't have done that). This guy is pretty social and extroverted but he hasn't exactly made a huge effort to talk to me so should I make a move or is the fact that he hasn't tried to talk to me show that he isn't interested? I'm also not very social and have been told I look intimidating to approach so could it be that he's intimidated by me?

Who knows? Just ask him for a coffee/lunch or something.

You can definitely make the first move with seeking more contact and flirting. This is the way to promote yourself and judge his interest better
