Funding

Saas is the funding within Scotland. I studied for my Higher National Certificate and I didn't complete the course, the following year I applied for funding for the 2nd time and failed to complete the course again. Now that I'm older and have the work experience I would like to go back to my studies towards my hnc, would I still get funding for my first year in college?
