I only do chemistry but the papers aren't hard as long as you revise and try your best. I think if you were a top gcse student then you need to bring your expectations down. Bs,Cs and Ds are decent grades at AS/ Alevel so dont feel bad if you get them, the grade boudaries take a huge dip from AS to A Level anyway so you should be fine with a D grade as it will translate to around a B at A Level. It is a very interesting ALevel and really gets me excited to do it at uni so good luck!
