SFE Funding

Hi am looking forward to enrol on a univerzoty course but have already studied 3 years which I didn't comple the course. I did 2 years part-time which I had to take a sick leave and came back for another 1 year but this time on a full time program which also I couldn't continue so had to drop out.
I. Would like to know if I am still entitled to SFE funding and if so for how many years can I claim for .The reason is that I am looking to apply for a degree cos with a foundation year. Thanks
