Any tips for battling procrastination and the anxiety that comes with it? Not just academically but in general when making life decisions etc etc

Make a list of tasks you need to complete. Include everything - small, big, important, trivial.
Put them in order of importance / priority. *** any that are critically important, where there will be serious consequences if they don't get done - you will honestly feel so relieved when you get these ones done that a huge weight will be lifted off you.
Start from the top and work through them one by one.
Update your list every week.
