Make a list of all the 'jobs' you need to do.

Then select just do one job out of the total and set yourself a time frame to complete it ie today.

Focus on completing that one 'small job' before you move on

Good luck, and well done for recognising you are a 'procratinator'

Why do today that which you can always put off until tomorrow?

To beat procrastination:

Define clear goals.
Break tasks into smaller steps.
Stick to a routine.
Use time management techniques.
Reduce distractions.
Work during your most productive times.
Reward yourself for completing tasks.
Imagine the benefits of finishing.
Start with a small action.
Stay accountable to someone.
Be aware of triggers and feelings.
Create self-imposed deadlines.
Consider the consequences of procrastination.
Seek professional help if needed.

Best of luck!
I use Pomodoro sometimes, can help -how do you break stuff down?

I use Coveys Time Management Matrix sometimes too. How do you decide what needs to be done, and what not?

My most productive time is when I wake up, so I get up get started and dont think about stopping - when is your most productive time?

I do use the podomoro technique my procrastination comes more from doing things perfect or struggling to get smth done for another reason.

My most productive time is the mornings, which is when I usually do stuff except school days

Okay I will go look up Coveys time management

Time management I would personally say the podomoro technique

Make a timetable if not a to do list
If you make a timetable make sure it can fit into your day to day life
