I did GCSE Biology (not iGCSE) with Edexcel and I found the CGP revision guide very useful, I am not sure how much the course differs from iGCSE though so you may have to do more research.

for an overall view, the cgp book is very good. for bits that you find trickier, the textbook is probably best but you don’t need to know the level of detail provided there.
