Hi there, I cancelled my approved student finance for this year as it was for the wrong thing. I got it cancelled but, online the application and all traces of it have disappeared. However, I can still see in the payment section that all payments are (awaiting confirmation). I have put my new correct application in and now it is the only application that shows for this year. Is this normal?
