aeronautics in place of aerospace?

can i apply for aeronautical engineering if the uni doesnt offer aerospace engineering?
Aeronautical engineering is essentially the same thing as aerospace engineering, actual engineering modules around spacecraft & space systems tend to be one or two (often optional) final year modules in the vast majority of courses.

Check the course modules if their is something very specific you are interested in, but generally they are interchangeable courses.

aerospace contains aeronautical engineering (planes and stuff within the atmosphere) and astronautical engineering (rockets and stuff outside the atmosphere)
