I got my results and found out I got a B in higher maths 😭

What are my chances of doing chem engineering now?

Also will unis accept if I was to retake the course?

If the course accepts grades with a B in one of your highers and doesn't stipulate it has to be in maths, your chances are as good as anyone else. Obviously though bear in mind engineering is a very mathematical course so do consider if that's something you want to go into.

As to whether a retake would be acceptable, that will depend on individual university policies - you'd need to see what each university's policy on the matter is.
