Can't find Add clearing choice on UCAS

So I've contacted York St John and they were willing to give a place on clearing and said in an email I need to refer myself via UCAS but I can't find the add clearing choice anywhere even though they said I should be able to about now.

(FYI I got rejected from my firm choice which is why I went to Clearing and my Insurance choice says its still deciding on my application)

Have you spoken to your insurance tk ask when they expect to make a decision?

Does your YSJ offer have a deadline? Did you get any other clearing offers (ideally you should get 3 or 4 to choose between)
