I'd take a look at the course modules in detail, the facilities they offer, what support the uni offers students, accommodation, the location etc. You can find this information usually on the university's course page. You could also search their website/social media channels for any virtual tours they may have of the campus so you can get a feel for the university. Alongside this, you can see if there's any student profiles, blogs or course videos on this course and get an insight into the student experience. Some uni's also use unibuddy, which allows you to chat to some of their current students directly and ask them any burning questions you may have so it may be worth taking a look whether they are on unibuddy too!
