I got into my firm choice for medicine at UCL but I'm not happy with my Biology grade as it's 5 marks from an A. I feel I will have imposter syndrome if I do not resit.

Congratulations on securing your place! You’ve met your conditions so my advice is move on and focus on celebrating and preparing for uni. Resitting has no advantage and wastes time unnecessarily. The most I would suggest would be to request a remark but again this has no value
