Student finance Depression application help

I withdrew from a course back in 2021 due to a combination of severe depression, the side effects of the medication i was taking for said depression, and the covid 19 pandemic causing everything to lockdown.

I am doing better now and I am looking to return to university, and student finance told me I need a letter of personal circumstance with medical evidence, which i have sent along with a letter from my doctor proving everything I have said is true. But now they are saying this isnt enough?

Is there anything I can do about this? Urgent help needed.
