2nd year internship at competition economics consultancies

Looking to apply for 2023 summer internships at economic consultancies with a focus on cartels/mergers/litigation. So far, I've only found two consultancies (RBB Economics, Frontier Economics) that offer internships to 2nd years. Other consultancies only offer them to 3rd years or above, so I was wondering if there are any others that offer internships to 2nd years.

Also, I'd appreciate any tips for actually getting an internship as a second year. At the two firms I mentioned, what do the case studies involve? Are there any resources I can use to practice these case studies? And what is the application timeline?
