Accommodations

Hi,
I recently applied for accommodation and I got a reply back on the 23 august but my email has been down for a while so I only got to see it 25 august night. I only had 48 hours to respond to be guaranteed a place. I think I was about 3 hours over the deadline. Could I still get this accommodation? If I don’t get this, will the university still offer me any other places?

Contact the accommodation team immediately and let them know, they are the only ones who will know how to help you resolve the issue.

I did but I can’t get a hold of them untill Tuesday. I don’t know what to do

literally the exact same thing happened to me, they only sent me an email regarding the login details essentially the moment where I would be unable to contact them until tuesday, I feel like they do this pretty frequently which is quite sad
