confirmation for clearing

does anyone know how long it usually takes for the confirmation email to be sent following a phone application for clearing?

Hi both! We're so sorry for the delay in our response, and to hear that there's been a delay in receiving your confirmation of place, and we understand that must be incredibly frustrating for you. Is this still the case? We're aware that the admissions team are still manually working through applications to award confirmations, hence the delay in decision-making. Depending on what course you applied to/whether you have any extenuating circumstances will be a factor in delays as well, as specific courses have a more extended turnaround period (esp. if there's an additional entry requirement in play, like portfolios or interviews) and additional factors of circumstance mean multiple people will look at your application to ensure you receive a fair response from us.

If you haven't already heard back from the admissions team, let us know and we can PM you an email template you can fill in and send to them for your ease. We're keeping our fingers crossed that everything is or will soon be resolved!
