I really enjoyed Dt at gcse but am not sure that it is useful and worth it at alevel.I put down bio chem and maths and psychology for my options .I have no idea what i want to do on the future and wonder if my options limit me and how to find out what i want to do

Just follow your passion.
The only requirement for specific subject for A Levels is..
for example, a science A Level for a science degree. Taking A Level art for architecture.
Since you are unsure, it is fine.
Your options wont limit you.

For example, If you want to do a computer science degree, you can do a foundation year computer science degree.
even if your options limited you, it doesnt.

DT can be useful for a range of degree courses (architecture, product design, engineering, etc.) though it isn't necessarily a required subject. Unless you wish to study a degree that requires specific A levels, choose subjects that you enjoy and will do well in.

I agree with what Bankai has said. I also did all the subjects chose (except psychology) as I was not sure whether I wanted to pursue a degree in business or science. These options should not limit you. Math is especially a useful subject that opens up doors to Econs, Engineering, Finance etc. Psych is a good option if you want to pursue it further.

This is actually total twaddle.
Most STEM degrees will require TWO science/maths subjects and Architecture often requires Maths and/or Physics.

Have look at some degree courses and see what catches your attention - and look at the entry requirements - this might give you a few signposts to what you might do with your A levels and what you might 'need' too do it -
