So I requested a change of uni on 17th August still no update, I can't complete registration for uni, they told me I needed my SFE reference number I provided my customer reference number is this correct, worried about getting my student finance on time as it says expected update between 21st-26th September , any help would be great , thanks

Hi there, Did you make the change via your online account? The university may require your Student Support Number for them to send the required confirmation when your application has been approved. Thanks, Angela
