Manchester vs Liverpool for dentistry

I was wondering if anyone had any advice to help me decide between Manchester and Liverpool for my 4th dentistry choice?
I’m a scottish student with AAAAA at Higher and 2920 b2 UCAT so my question isn’t really regarding entry requirements but more so if anyone knows the differences in teaching styles, facilities and general vibes of each uni. Thanks
