I can’t stand living with others

I think I’m quite a grumpy person when I have to be around people 24/7. I can’t stand others asking where I’m going what I’m doing- I just want to exist without being questioned…is that weird? I crave my own apartment but I can’t afford it and I get depressed about it. I don’t mind housemates that I see at perhaps dinner time but ones who constantly on your back I’m not interested in. I need lots of time to think on my own and process things, I get easily distracted by other people and don’t want to be disturbed at all.

How do I get over this? Does anyone else feel the same?

Hey, same. I feel the same and haven't lived with anyone yet.

I know studios seems pricey. I thought I'd have to live with people after seedling private options. However, have you thought of looking on Rightmove. There are often many 1 bed or studio properties significantly cheaper than what they have in student buildings.

I got mine this way and it is around £140 per week quite cheap for my city. Bills aren't included tho. What city are you in?
