L4 and degree apprenticeship catchment area

Hi just wanted to know if would I be allowed to apply for apprenticeship (L4 and Degree) in another part of the UK such as the north or even NI and still be considered for the role? There are a couple of degree apprenticeships that I am interested in West, north and east of England, however only offered there with no London office positions available.

I live in Surrey and am willing to relocate to any part of the UK (with family) to work as an apprentice. Just worried that I would have my application thrown out due to being too far away even though I am willing to relocate. Any experiences of this? (thanks in advance)
