Group interview as an autistic person with anxiety

How can I make sure I’m successful for my BA social work group interview/ discussion as an autistic person with anxiety?

Or should I just forget about this career choice? Maybe it’s just not for me because I struggle to speak in a group idk when to actually start speaking, I’m worried when I start speaking I will be interrupted by others and won’t really have a chance to speak

Don't give up on your career choice! To succeed in a group interview for a BA in Social Work, prepare in advance by practicing speaking points, managing anxiety through relaxation techniques, and taking pauses to gather thoughts. Communicate your concerns to interviewers; they may provide support. Remember, your unique perspective can be an asset in this field.

Talk to the Uni about arrangements for a less stressful interview arrangement - but yes, you do need to be realistic about this as a career choice as its a high-pressure role. Maybe have a look at something like Education & Psychology or Childhood Studies instead - this could also lead into careers in child welfare, work with families etc.
