Can a 19 year old do another A Level course if they already have a a level

Hi, I’m currently 18 and I’m right now am doing a year of GCSEs in hopes I can improve my grades for A Level course or Uni. I already have had a A level qualification which is a BTEC Extended Diploma Level 3 but I want to go do a different course. I was wondering is it still possible to do another A level for free or will I need to pay like £3000 for it each year? If there are any online courses with qualifications does anyone have any reliable recommendations?
if you're 19 or over when starting a L3 course that isn't your first L3 course then you will be liable for fees - but at a college or sixth form you would be eligible to apply for an Advanced Learner Loan to cover the fees for the A levels.

Most online providers of A levels aren't fundable by the DfE and therefore can't be used to apply for an Advanced Learner Loan.
