University of Greenwich does not pick up their phone

Im shocked, i called their phone line about 10 times and waited for 30 minutes each time. No one picks up? Like its so weird? They say to email but it takes them ages to reply back. It took them 1 week to reply. I literally need this to be urgently done. Honestly their service team is so embarrassing even if they are busy why take calls then and say they will pick up? Now its giving me anxiety and stress because they notified me about this issue so last minute. Gosh im shocked lol
