Can I talk about philosophy in my law personal statement

Im interested in jurispudence and legal theory and the only pure law course that really does this is Oxford which I'm applying to. Im just worried because for the other 4 I'm talking quite heavily about the link with moral ethics and law in my personal statement and not like the common criminal law. Will admissions tutors think im more suited to a joint honours or something?

Yes, it is fine. Remember, admission tutors are looking for your passion, for law. If this is your passion, talk about it. Im sure, other aspects of law will interest you in the future. Remember, legal theory and jurisprudence is one module of many, which you will learn about.
