how to answer sociology questions?

I've just started year 12 and im doing ocr sociology. I've been given the practice question: "with reference to the source, identify and explain two examples of norms (6 marks)" with a written source about feral children. how do i actually structure an answer to a question like this? we haven't covered writing in class yet. thanks

I don’t know what topics you’re doing, but these sources might be useful:

I didn’t do OCR, but since it’s a 6 marker, I’d assume it’s 3 marks per point:
1. Identify - pick out your first point from the source as it tells you, e.g. “as stated in the source, [quote source]
2. Link the source material to your sociological knowledge
3. I suspect you either explain your point or evaluate it

All in all, you should ask your teacher for help, they are the ones most well-versed in this
