Does anybody know if someone needs to repeat first year nursing can they still get the support fund again ?
Asking for my friend they had mitigating circumstances and have changed universities and their account says pending ?

Has your friend informed the NHS LSF of the uni change and mitigating circumstances? It is best to speak to someone direct or email them (they are usually quick to respond):
