Dropping A level subject

Can a student drop one of his main subjects 2 days before the CIE exams ? That is taking only 2 mains exams and 2 AS level subjects exams

Well, you can't formally drop it - it's too late. You choose not to attend the exams, but what would be the benefit of doing so? Dropping an A level subject is normally done so as to allow you to focus on other (more important / relevant) subjects. Abandoning a subject two days before the exam would seem to provide no benefit. It guarantees you a U, whilst if you sat the exams you might actually do better than you expect. Furthermore, you would struggle to gain access to university (if that is your intention) with just 2 A levels.

But what if not attending these exams , so as to be able to focus more revision on the other subject to be able to obtain great marks in these one .
So do you still get a U ?

If you don't attend all the exams for a given subject, you get a U. Doing this is very unlikely to benefit your other subjects, as it's too late to have any meaningful impact.
