Hello, I have a room available in a 4-bed student house in Fallowfield available now!
It's extremely close to the Oxford Road bus routes and supermarkets, it's£149.50 a week, all bills/utilities included (uncapped, can use as much as you want), and this includes contents insurance.
The other tenants are all lovely people (two first years that did a foundation year, one second year), and the house itself is great. There's one shared bathroom, but all tenants have experience in halls so they are excellent at sharing spaces and keeping things clean and tidy.
